YOU'VE BEEN BLESSED TO BLESS:
Wherever you are believe you have the power to effect a positive change in your environment. Understand you have been blessed with unique gifts inside you that have all it takes to bless our world, and it is these gifts that make you an outstanding and relevant leader to your generation.

Determine your place in life and allow nothing to deter you from achieving excellence in your life's journey. Remember you have one life to live; so make the most of it. Martin Luther King Jr. said 'If a man is called to sweep the streets, he should sweep the streets that the hosts of heaven and earth will say here lays a man that swept the streets like no one else.' Always give your heart to a course greater than self.
'I have a tremendous INCENTIVE a driving purpose in life, because I have learned what life’s PURPOSE that spurs to action. I have a mission to accomplish that is more important than my life. SERVANT LEADERSHIP:
Remember that the only way we can ever accomplish great is by making our life a place of service, just as Count Leo Tolstoy said "Life is a place of service and in that service one has to suffer a great deal that is hard to bear, but more often to experience a greater deal of joy. But that joy can be real only if people look upon their lives as a service and have a definite objective in life outside themselves and their personal happiness." And in Hebrews
Always leave everyone better than you met them. Share the good things you have with everyone and see how these labours of love transform your life. 'It is in the shelter of each other that people live.'
DOING IT THE MASTER'S WAY:
'When He had washed, and taken His garments, and resumed his place, he said to them, do you know what I have done to you? You call me Teacher and Lord; and you're right, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you. To aspire for leadership is a little more than directing; it is influencing. And the basis of this influence is character. Unfortunately, the bane of leadership today is lack of character.
According to Richard Chase, if a leader demonstrates competency, genuine concern for others and admirable character, people will follow. And that is the reason Jesus Christ stands out in all eternity. He demonstrated the qualities of a Great Leader and could say without any fear of contradiction, I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done.
Gentlemen, a leader takes the people where they want to go, but a Great Leader takes them beyond where they want to go to where they ought to be. Let us lead by example, and leave our footprints on the sands of time.
In his book, 'it takes a minute to change your life', Willie Jolley said ''Up to a point everybody's life is shaped by enviroment , heredity, movement, and changes in the world around them. But then there comes a time when it lies within your grasp to shape the clay of your life into the sought of thing you wish to be. Only the weak blame their parents, their race, their times, lack of good fortune, or the quirks of fate. Everyone has the power within them to say" This is what i am today and that is what i shall be tomorrow! The dream however must be implemented by deeds! If it is to be then it is up to me.'
And George Benard Shaw said 'People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can't find them , MAKE THEM."
A philosopher said Pray like it all depends on God and work like it all depends on you, and make sure all you can do is absolutely all you can do.
