AN UNCOMMON VISION

YOU'VE BEEN BLESSED TO BLESS:

Wherever you are believe you have the power to effect a positive change in your environment. Remember Jesus said '...and nothing shall be impossible unto you.' Matt. 17:20. Friend, this is not a statement; it's a command. When you operate from the realm of the Supernatural, you keep seeing possibilities. As a child of the King you have been mandated to succeed because it is your nature as a god. Understand that you have been blessed with unique gifts inside you that have all it takes to bless your world, and it is these gifts that make you an outstanding and relevant leader to your generation.

Understand that leadership is your birth right as a child of God. Yoare ordained to lead and reign. Every Son of the Kingdom is a potential leader according to Luke 19:13 He gave to everyone; including you. And He said ‘Occupy till I come.’

Know this; it is not in your power to define your destiny- God has done that before He created the world. Remeber his ecounter with Jeremiah the prophet; there God said 'Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.' Jer. 1:5. If Jeremiah has a destiny with God right from his mother's womb, how much more you that is of the new convenant where the blood of Jesus speaks better than the blood of Abel which is of the outdated  convenant. Anytime you see a challenge, it should cause you to celebrate because it presents an opportunity to display your God-given Wisdom which surpasses all human wisdom. Don't use your God-given wisdom to settle quarrel, it far too big for that. There are many witty inventions waiting to be introduce to our society and all these ideas are available in you. A man has said the only reason God created the earth and left the other eight planets undone is so that we will complete it. In life you are either adding value to yourself or others, or you are only existing.

Remember you have one life to live; so make the most of it. Martin Luther King Jr. said 'If a man is called to sweep the streets, he should sweep the streets that the hosts of heaven and earth will say here lays a man that swept the streets like no one else.' Always give your heart to a course greater than self.

'I have a tremendous INCENTIVE a driving purpose in life, because I have learned what life’s PURPOSE that spurs to action. I have a mission to accomplish that is more important than my life. SERVANT LEADERSHIP:

Remember that the only way we can ever accomplish great is by making our life a place of service, just as Count Leo Tolstoy said "Life is a place of service and in that service one has to suffer a great deal that is hard to bear, but more often to experience a greater deal of joy. But that joy can be real only if people look upon their lives as a service and have a definite objective in life outside themselves and their personal happiness. '

And in Hebrews 6:10 Paul said 'For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love....’ there's always a reward for your labour of love.

Always leave everyone better than you met them. Share the good things you have with everyone and see how these labours of love transform your life. 'It is in the shelter of each other that people live.' 

DOING IT THE MASTER'S WAY:

'When He had washed, and taken His garments, and resumed his place, he said to them, do you know what I have done to you? You call me Teacher and Lord; and you're right, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.' We’ve got the Master's mandate- Let’s do it!

To aspire for leadership is a little more than directing; it is influencing. And the basis of this influence is character. Unfortunately, the bane of leadership today is lack of character.

According to Richard Chase, if a leader demonstrates competency, genuine concern for others and admirable character, people will follow. And that is the reason Jesus Christ stands out in all eternity. He demonstrated the qualities of a Great Leader and could say without any fear of contradiction, I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done.

Gentlemen, a leader takes the people where they want to go, but a Great Leader takes them beyond where they want to go to where they ought to be. Let us lead by example, and leave our footprints on the sands of time.
